An
individual may contribute up to $2,600
($5,200 per couple) for the Primary
Election AND up to $2,600 ($5,200 per
couple) for the General Election.

Contributions
from partnership and limited liability
company banking accounts must be
accompanied by a letter detailing each
individual who contributed and the
amounts they contributed. Members and
employees of partnerships are limited
$2600 for each election.

Corporations
and Associations may contribute up to
the same amount as an individual for
each election.
~
Political
Action Committees (PACs) may contribute
up to $8,200 for the primary election
AND up to $8,200 for the general
election.

Note: Campaign contributions are not
deductible for federal tax purposes.
